Return Policy

Return Policy:

In order to be eligible for our return policy, it is important to make sure that the amber you are receiving from your customer is a legitimate return. It must be amber from Healing Amber and it must be returned to you within 7 days of purchase by your customer, and will therefore look brand new. Please remember that amber is fragile, it will break if dropped, stepped on or otherwise mistreated and that is not a defect or legitimate return. We trust our retailers to know their customers and we want you to be able to offer excellent customer service. Abuse of our return policy will result in reviewing your eligibility to return products to us. If you are not sure of a return, send us a picture, ask us a question! We would love to help you. 

Mailing Back Returns: 

  • Please mail back your return to 738 Old Hespeler Road, Cambridge, Ontario, N3H 5L8
  • On your next order, please put a reminder note in the comment section and you will a receive replacement piece(s) of amber of the same value.
  • Please consider purchasing tracking information for your return; Healing Amber cannot replace items that go missing in the mail. 
  • ALL returns must go through the retailer they were purchased from. We are unable to verify purchases that were not made through us. Please do not send your customers to us.

For all retailers:  If you find that a colour or size isn't selling well in your area, we're happy to take it back as well!
